Taxes and Duties

We charge sales tax only to residents living in Canada as per provincial required sales tax. For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. GOGO Sweaters is not responsible for payment of these charges.

Order Fulfillment

All GOGO Sweaters are Made-to-Order. It takes approx 4 weeks for orders to be processed. You will receive your merchandise within 3-5 business days once the sweater is made, depending on where you live. Orders are processed and shipped from Calgary, AB. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Standard delivery orders in Canada will be shipped via UPS; international orders will be shipped via DHL. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
