Made-to-Order Pieces: Typically take 4-6 weeks, but may take up to 8 weeks.

In-Stock Orders: Usually shipped within 48 hours after processing. No shipments on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Providers:
- Canada: UPS or FedEx.
- International: DHL.
- We ship to Canada, the US, UK, and Australia.

Shipping Rates: Determined by weight and destination at the point of purchase. Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, or tariffs.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Service Delays: Not responsible for delays due to severe weather or natural disasters, which may add 2-3 business days.
Online Return Policy

United States/International: Orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Canada:
- Eligibility: Exchanges/Returns within 14 days of the shipping date with original tags and receipt. After 14 days, all sales are final.
- Process: Contact us for an exchange/return authorization number. Items must be sent within 2 days of receiving this number.
- Costs: You are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for exchange items.
- Refunds: Issued to the original credit card after receipt and inspection of merchandise. Allow up to 14 days for processing.

Phone/Special Orders/Sample Sales: All sales are final; no returns or exchanges.

Tracking: Customers must purchase return tracking/delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages without tracking confirmation.
